Yes, you can still do AFT on most treatment areas during your period, however due to hygiene reasons, we will not be able to perform any Brazilian services during your menstruation.

For the next 24 hours after an AFT treatment:
● No hot baths, swimming or sunbathing
● No tight clothing
● No application of perfumed products including deodorant, antiperspirant, self-tanner or makeup on the treated area
● No scrubbing or rubbing of the treated area to prevent bacterial infection – No intensive exercise
● Do not undergo any heat or UV treatments like sun beds or saunas for at least 4 weeks.

● Apply ICE to calm, protect and moisturise, twice a day for at least 1 week.
● Apply BUMPPS to soothe, treat folliculitis and fight inflammation without drying out the skin.
● No waxing, tweezing or depilating of your hair as AFT hair removal targets the hair follicles, please shave instead.
